I am beyond excited that you are here! I am honored that you have reached out to me about documenting your big day and I really cannot wait to talk to you more about your wedding!
I fully understand if this is your first time choosing a professional photographer. There are so many to choose from and ultimately you want to hire the one that will best fit your dream wedding as well as having a great personality that compliments yours.

Welcome
I don’t think we formally introduced each other. I am Rachel and I have been blessed to be wedding photographer for the last few years. I am originally from Poland and a lot of my values and work is derived from my. heritage. I am a big sucker for details that have meaning. Where you will look at the photo and feel a certain way even 10-20-50 years down the road.
Now that you learned a little about me, I want you to remember that this experience is all about you! It’s not for your family, your vendors, or even the guest. Make sure you are the guest at your own wedding and treating yourselves as such- instead of the hosts. Of course it is valuable to hear thoughts and ideas from others but weddings don’t have to be a certain type of way. If you want to omit or add something- please do!

I’m Rachel.
I love weddings and it’s not even about all the love. Being able to have first dibs on seeing how the wedding unfolds, dancing with my camera on the dance floor to some good music, and seeing all the emotions that everyone feels during the day- it all gives a form of strength.
I stopped offering hourly packages unless it is an elopement or super micro wedding because with every hour on your special day, I feel more alive. More excited for the memories you and your partner will have. For having the privilege to document your most special day to date.
My top priority is to make sure you are living in the moment and that is why I concentrate on documentary photography- but that doesn’t mean that is the only form of documentation I wil engage in during your wedding. If needed, I am always alert to pose and redirect certain moments to make them more special through the lens- but that is only if it doesn’t interfere with an intimate moment.

This is my most popular package! Filled with a little bit of film, I will spend the whole day at your wedding! I like to come a little earlier to ensure that I can have a head start on detail photos, get to know the wedding party and family, as well as take more slow candid photos when everyone is still getting ready and not rushing.

Perfect for small intimate weddings and elopements! Up to 5 hours of coverage to document you getting ready, your ceremony, private vowels, dinner! The sky is the limit- I would love to run around with you across nature or urban settings, getting the most beautiful combination of documentary and editorial photos. If you want to stop at your favorite restaurant and grab a bowl of your favorite comfort meal, pick up some flowers from the local flower shop, go pick up some drinks at the nearest convenience store- I want to document it all!

Love film? I offer 1-2 film rolls with each package but you are more than welcome to add more if you would like! They bring the perfect balance of old love, nostalgia and excitement.

There’s something about video that I can’t fully explain. And for it to be shot on an old camera that our grandfathers used back in the 60s and 70s- the nostalgia is unmet.

I will be mentioning the benefits of having a second photographer at your wedding on page 21, but this is such a great add-on to make sure nothing is missed and every detail is beautifully documented.

Photograph the couple's grand entrance to the reception. Document toasts, cake cutting, and any special moments during dinner. In addition, Capture candid moments on the dance floor, guests having fun, and any planned events like bouquet toss or garter removal.

Photograph the venue before guests arrive. Capture shots of the ceremony and reception areas, floral arrangements, table settings, and any unique decor.
8:00am
Begin with photographing the bride and groom getting ready separately. Capture candid moments, details like the dress, shoes, jewelry, and any pre-ceremony emotions.

Beautiful, handmade wedding albums that you can feature on your coffee table- so your memories can be more than a rent free room in your mind. You are more than welcome to add this add-on now to your package, or after your wedding.
You will get up to 3 revisions and won’t print until we are certain that you are happy with the layout. You will love flipping through the pages for the years to come- and your grandchildren amazed by seeing the beauty and joy from their grandparents.

There are a few reasons why I include engagement photos in all my packages. Firstly, it allows us get to know each other a little better before your big day. It allows you to feel more comfortable in front of my camera, see how I work and most importantly- have some beautiful photos of yourself on display. If for any reason you would like to omit the engagement session, you can put it towards the rehearsal dinner, have a studio bridal photo shoot, anniversary photos- or even a maternity session when the time comes.

Throughout the process I will send you a few questionnaires to get to know you. little better. This will ensure that I understand all your needs and fulfill them to the best of my abilities. In the process I’d love for you to share your Pinterest board as well!
Initial consult call
After the call, I will send you the proposal- which consists of the contract+invoice. There is a $450 non-refundable retainer and the remaining balance can be paid in chunks or 1 month before your wedding day.
Making it official
As a thank you for giving me the privilege to document your special day, you will get a box in the mail (or hand delivered if you live locally). In it you will find the wedding guide as well!

Questionnaires
Before the big day, I would love to hop on another call to make sure everything is going well, and allow you to ask any remaining questions you might have- you can always text me as well if you have a question that randomly pops up.
Finalizing it all
within 24 hours I will send you some sneak peeks from your wedding day. At this point, I will also send some of the video clips and phone photos as well.

When you inquire, we will hop on a Zoom call or meet for tea to determine whether we are the best fit for one another! If we are, I will send you the Proposal (Contract+Invoice)- after completing them, you are officially booked!
How do we book with you?
Absolutely! If you are getting married in Indiana, I will send you a list of some of my favorite florists, planners, videographers, caterers, live painters and more! Lots of the vendors travel as well!
Do you have vendor recommendation?
I send out sneak peeks 24 hours after both sessions and weddings! For weddings, you will receive the full gallery within 30 days- and if I for some reason cannot hold that promise, I will send you a wedding gallery on the house! Sessions and engagements have a 1 week turnaround time.
When will i get my photos?
I'm based in Bloomington, Indiana! There are no travel fees for all weddings in Indiana!
Where are you based?
I do! I take on 2-3 destination weddings a year, so it's best to inquire sooner rather than later! Especially if you are getting married outside of the Midwest.
Do you travel?
I do! There is a $650 retainer to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 1 month before your wedding! For sessions, it is a $50 non-refundable retainer and the remaining balance is due the day of the session. If you would like me to split up the payments in 2-5 installments, please let me know during the call and I will set that up for you!
